Meet Our Principals

Susannah & Elian

Although Susannah and Elian had known of each other for many years, their paths didn’t truly cross until 2022. By that time, they had both built their own successful journeys within the performing arts, working across local theatre, teaching, and later expanding their experience into film and television.
 

Their friendship began during a production of Beauty and the Beast, where they quickly discovered a shared passion and a common dream: to create a place where children could feel inspired, supported, and empowered to explore their creativity.

Both believing that the performing arts are about so much more than performance alone, Susannah and Elian wanted to build a community where young people could develop confidence, make lifelong friendships, learn valuable skills, and feel proud of who they are.

With this shared vision, they brought their theatre groups together, and The Academi Group was created.
 

Susannah and Elian are incredibly excited to welcome families into their growing community and to share their passion, knowledge, and love for the arts with every student who joins them. At The Academi Group, their journey is built on collaboration, encouragement, and creativity, celebrating every individual and helping each young performer shine.
